Your health and security is our top priority.
At Perfection Connection Home Automation, we are committed to keeping you safe. We regularly review the provincial guidelines and implement any changes as they become necessary.
We appreciate you working with us to keep everyone healthy. Should you fall ill after the appointment is made, please reach out to reschedule in order to reduce the spread of any illnesses.
Currently, the guidelines are not requiring masks but if you would be more comfortable with our technicians wearing masks, please let us know when we call to schedule your booking so that we can accommodate your request.
Additionally we have asked that any associate who feels ill stays home.
We practice proper hygiene such as washing our hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using an alcohol-based sanitizer (containing at least 60% alcohol).
We clean and disinfect surface, objects, and tools that we use, or come into contact with, with solutions designed to kill viruses, such as diluted bleach solution.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis. Thank you for your understanding.
